Privacy Policy

Temporary image storage with short retention and no advertising profiles.

Image processing

Image files are held in private temporary storage and processed by a third party. Inputs are removed when processing succeeds or fails. Successful results can be downloaded for up to one hour, backed by a final 24-hour storage deletion rule.

Optional provider checks

The OpenAI checker requires separate consent before sending your selected image to OpenAI; OpenAI says this check is not eligible for Zero Data Retention. The Google checker takes you to Gemini to upload directly to Google. The respective provider's terms govern each check.

Abuse prevention and records

Service limits use anonymous browser identifiers and keyed network identifiers; raw IP addresses are not stored. Temporary upload records expire after seven days. Minimal processing history has no scheduled deletion: it records opaque job and batch references, timing, outcomes, dimensions, costs and numeric performance data. Images, filenames, recognized text, account details, network identifiers and access credentials are excluded from that history. Cloudflare can process ordinary request data for security and analytics.

Accounts and sign-in

An optional account keeps your email, any linked Google or GitHub user IDs, and hashes of authentication and session tokens. Sign-in codes and OAuth challenges last 10 minutes, while sessions last 30 days. Maintenance removes authentication records once expired. Passwords, payment-card numbers and GitHub access tokens are not retained. Cloudflare sends account codes and a single welcome message for new members; Google or GitHub authenticates its own sign-in option. The GitHub permission request covers email addresses only and does not include repositories.

API keys

API access keeps key names, masked prefixes and keyed hashes instead of complete keys. The full new key is displayed once. Revoke a key in Account; its revoked record is deleted after seven days. API uploads follow the website upload retention and temporary storage rules.

Payments and account deletion

Stripe processes the payment details. Dollar-balance entries and minimal payment/refund receipts are kept separately from images for seven years. Financial records use opaque job references and contain no images, filenames or extracted image text. Write to support from your account email for deletion or an unused-balance refund; records required for payments, disputes and applicable obligations may remain.

Support mailbox

Messages to support@synthidremover.com, including permitted attachments, are kept in a private operator mailbox for replies. Active conversations stay until an operator removes them. Trash is eligible for deletion after 30 days and cleared in the next daily maintenance run. Cloudflare handles this mailbox's routing, storage, access control and transactional delivery. Keep credentials and highly sensitive personal information out of support messages.

The feedback form sends your answers and any optional reply email to this mailbox, where the same retention rules apply.

Pricing layout measurements

We use a random browser reference to compare pricing layouts, viewed offers and completed payments, so we can improve the path to getting started. The cost of processing an image stays the same. Detailed test records last 90 days; only totals without browser or account references remain after that. These measurements are not shared with advertising or analytics providers.

Use the setting below to stop further pricing measurement in this browser. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also switch it off. You can still sign in and make payments.

Tracking and controls

Advertising pixels, advertising profiles and data-broker integrations are not used. Essential browser storage keeps quotas and active jobs working. Small previews are kept only in your browser for the current batch. Deleting an image, starting a new batch or returning to an expired batch clears its previews. Choose “Delete now” when available, or contact support@synthidremover.com. Keep job credentials out of emails.
