Responsible use
Edit only images you are entitled to modify. You are responsible for applicable laws, contracts, platform rules and disclosure requirements.
Service quality
Service is supplied subject to availability. Processing can fail and may change pixels or metadata. No guarantee covers removal, detector outcomes, availability, fitness or exact preservation.
Image charges
Uploads of 1–4 images cost funded accounts $0.20 per completed result; qualifying batches of 5–20 cost $0.16 per image. The discount is confirmed only after at least 5 images have uploaded, passed validation and received funded holds. An upload that does not reach this minimum is stopped without processing and its holds are released, so you can start a new upload at the applicable price. A later failure or cancellation cannot raise the rate of a qualified batch. Downloadable results with quality warnings are billed at the accepted price. You pay nothing for failed processing or cancellation before completion. Completed results remain available for one hour, and deletion or expiry does not undo a charge. On the website, balances below $0.20 can use the limited free allowance where available. API use is always paid from prepaid funds, with no free allocation.
Payments and refunds
Prices and account balances are denominated in USD. Your balance covers image processing on SynthIDRemover.com.
Add funds from $3 upward, within the payment provider's transaction limits. The site sets no balance cap and has no subscription or automatic refill. Funds can pay only for image processing and cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as cash. Availability may be limited, so funding does not promise immediate or unlimited processing. Applicable tax is added at funding and shown in Checkout before payment, without becoming usable balance. Balance refunds are not processed automatically. For billing or processing problems, write to support@synthidremover.com; a refund, credit or other appropriate compensation may be offered. Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Unused funds are refunded if the service closes. Your bank may need more time to finish a refund. Your consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Bonus credit terms
For a displayed bonus offer, each payment of $10–$24.99 adds $1 of promotional credit, while $25 or more adds $3; eligibility uses the amount before tax. Custom and repeated payments qualify under the same thresholds. Bonus credit is for processing only, with no cash withdrawal, transfer or expiry, and stays available when the offer closes. Processing spends paid funds before bonus credit, starting with the oldest bonus. A refund or dispute reverses a proportional share of the original bonus, rounded cumulatively to cents; a bonus portion already spent is recovered from refundable paid funds. A successful dispute response restores the amount still owed after refunds. No bonus is added to a purchase made before this offer.
Provider responsibilities
An absent signal does not justify presenting a processed or not-detected file as human-created. Infrastructure providers, OpenAI or Google may process data under their own terms when you use the corresponding feature.
Protection and contact
